About
IAPOF is a public, collaborative framework project. It is not a company, not a product marketing page, not a media site, and not a paper repository. It is an entry point for an open framework under construction.
Principles
- Clarity before persuasion.
- Structure before decoration.
- Participation before registration.
- Public feedback with visible status.
- Versioned revisions with documented reasons.
Governance
- Open discussion is the default mode.
- All public suggestions receive a status label.
- Major revisions are recorded in the version history.
- New proposals should be tied to specific issues or sections.
- The project does not issue legal or technical opinions on behalf of any jurisdiction.
